REDEX ANDANTEX is going further in the development of its backlash free and high performance rack & pinion drive systems.
These servo drive systems are dedicated in particular to the large travel motion axis of the big machine-tools, or special machinery.
REDEX ANDANTEX's global offer includes the high quality pinions and racks (cemented, tempered and ground), as well as the high class associated servo reducers and the specific accessories allowing to build the backlash free drive systems, as requested by this kind of machines.
In addition to this large product range, the DualDRIVE, made from the association of two servo reducers and a mechanical preload sub assembly which are mounted together in a high stiffness frame, is supplied as a real turnkey system.

SRP, the newest high-tech planetary servo-reducer from REDEX ANDANTEX is certainly not just another planetary reducer, but a true integrated concept.
Designed in a very compact way, SRP puts together all the essential mechanical functions needed for the highest dynamic motion control on any kind of robots, machine-tools, or special machinery.
Integrating at the same time an universal range of motors interface, a high-tech planetary gear train, and a ultra high stiffness output assembly, SRP will be from now recognized as a standard complete sub-assembly available to engineers when facing to the most demanding applications.
Either for rotation (robot arms, rotary tables, tools changers …), or translation motion control (accurate racks and pinion drive systems), SRP includes in its standard features very high axial and radial load limits, but also at the top of it, the highest compound stiffness available on the market.
Very low transmission error and very low backlash (as low as one arcmin) can also be added to these top class technical features.
The motor interface is available as an inline flange, or at 90° when using an additional high quality bevel gearbox
